Last Minute Practices

Ok, so at work this morning one of my co-workers points out that the weather is going to be doing some unusual stuff for this time of year. Apparently, Saturday and Sunday are going to be Sunny with only a high of around 82! This is amazing news for July in Arkansas.

I got to thinking: This is TOO good of weather to not be outside. So, I am organizing a last minute practice. I couldn't decide if we should do it Saturday or Sunday. A lot of people wanted to enjoy the weather but couldn't make it one day or the other... so, the answer to the problem is have one on BOTH days!

So, this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. we will be meeting in Little Rock at the Murray Park Soccer fields/ dog park and will be having a practice there. We will be using this time to promote our game as well so be ready to show folks what we're all about. Here are the directions on how to get to Murray Park if you aren't a Little Rock local:
You can also use google maps to get you there. This is directions from coming over the river bridge, which I feel is the most straight shot to get to the park.

6. Take exit 153B on the left to merge onto I-30 W/US-167 S/US-65 S/US-67 S toward LITTLE ROCK
Continue to follow I-30 W/US-167 S/US-65 S

7. Take exit 141A for AR-10 toward Cantrell Rd/Clinton Ave

8. Turn right at AR-10

9. Turn right at AR-10/Cumberland St

10. Turn right at Jessie Rd (you will see a sign directing you to turn right to get to the Big Dam Bridge. The road sign says Riverfront Dr., I do believe.)
