New forum filters in place

After yesterday's spam posting, I changed the way that users are able to join & post the forums. I also added a IP address filter to block all IPs outside the USA. Let me know if you are having problems posting or join the forums. Also, if there is a major slow down, I may have to change some settings to make it not take as long to load. Let me know if you see any speed issues.
